本生产线是根据用户现有设备人工生产线基础上进行改造成机械手上下料的全自动生产线。

产品特点
Feature
特征是人工抹油、放料、取料改为机械手抹油、放料、取料。生产线由伺服料台、钢网料台、抹油定位台、二轴机械手、四轴机械手等设备及装置组成。
生产线主要特点是生产效率高、人工劳动强度高、用人少、产品质量高、操作维护简单方便。该工艺传统生产工艺要3人才能完成，而本生产线1人操作几台机，大大节省了人力物力。
