一、机器用途、工作条件Machine usage, working conditions：

HSP系列油压冲床适用于金属薄板的压延、压印、成型、轴承压装及塑性板材的浅拉伸等工艺。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，并采用PLC集中控制，结合相关的电器元件完成对整个系统的压力、位移等集中控制，以确保动作的可靠性及系统的稳定性，可实现调整及半自动两种工作方式，每种工作方式均可实现定压及定程两种压制方式。

The HSP series hydraulic punching machine is suitable for processes such as rolling, stamping, forming, bearing pressing, and shallow stretching of metal sheets. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and adopts PLC centralized control. Combined with relevant electrical components, it completes centralized control of pressure, displacement, and other aspects of the entire system to ensure the reliability of the action and the stability of the system. It can achieve two working modes: adjustment and semi-automatic, and each working mode can achieve two pressing modes: constant pressure and fixed range.
