1.1、本机器适用于钢材、可塑性材料的弯曲、冲裁、落料、压延、压印、成型、压装以及结构件的校正工艺。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，并采用触摸屏显示位移与产品计数、触摸屏+PLC+光栅位移控制组合，方便设置与控制滑块上限、快转慢、下限和保压时间。机器具有独立的液压系统和电气系统，可实现手动调整和半自动及自动三种工作方式。每种工作状态均可实现精确位移定程及定压两种压制方式。
1.2、机器使用条件：
——工作环境温度：0-55℃
——相对湿度：不大于85%
——电源电压：380V±5% 50HZ
——海拔高度：不超过1500m
——液压系统使用介质：68#抗磨液压油
